show you how you should run the program and the order in
which you should use it. It's easy to install, and
installation itself is simple and fast. The program runs on
Windows Vista flawlessly, so that you can set up your

Help and support in the program itself is unbeatable. This
section has easy to use navigation and search tools, and you
can simply type in a topic to receive a list of tips on that
topic. You also have a help button in the "quick help" menu,
and a list of frequently asked questions, or FAQs, is also

Accounts Receivable: 5 Stars
You can use the Accounts Receivable tools in QuickBooks
Pro's Customer Section. However, one disadvantage of this
particular tool is that you cannot use it to create
recurring invoices or to estimate shipping costs.

You can find Accounts Payable in the Vendors Section.
Inventory tools can be used here, and you can also take care

You can find General Ledger in the Company section. With
this function, set budgets, view account charts, manage
money, do business planning, and participate in other
business-related features.
Fixed Assets: Three out of five stars
The program does not include a list of fixed assets; they
are is a list of company assets, but not fixed assets.
Instead, this particular feature has been overlooked.
